Educational Purpose Only
MedMind is strictly an educational tool. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for clinical judgment, professional training, or supervision.
Users must not rely on MedMind output to make real patient care decisions without appropriate clinical oversight from qualified, licensed professionals.
Eligibility
MedMind is intended for medical students and healthcare professionals in training. You should not use the platform if you do not fall within these audiences.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your login credentials. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
Acceptable Use
When using MedMind, you agree not to:
- Misuse the platform or use it for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
AI-Generated Content
Outputs produced by MedMind are AI-generated and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. MedMind makes no warranties — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, or clinical appropriateness of any generated content.
Intellectual Property
MedMind owns all rights to the platform, including its software, design, and brand assets. The query data you submit and your personal account content remain yours.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedMind is not liable for any clinical decisions made based on platform outputs, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or compromise the safety of other users.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
