MedMind is a clinical decision-support companion built for medical students and residents. We take privacy seriously and design our product to collect only what we need to give you a useful, personalised experience.

We collect a small amount of information directly from you, including:

• Email address used to create your account
• Role, specialty, and year of training
• Your query history across our modules
• Usage data such as feature interactions and timestamps

We use your information to provide and operate the service, to improve our product over time, and to personalise your experience — for example, by surfacing the modules and content most relevant to your training stage.

Your data is stored securely with our backend infrastructure provider, Supabase, and is encrypted at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect it against unauthorised access.

Inputs you submit to our AI-powered modules are processed by third-party AI providers to generate responses. We do not retain your prompts beyond what is saved in your own query history, which you can review and delete at any time.

We do not sell user data to third parties. We share information only with the service providers necessary to operate MedMind (such as hosting and AI providers), and only to the extent required to deliver the service.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Once processed, your account, profile, query history, and usage logs will be permanently removed from our systems.

MedMind uses minimal session cookies — only what's required to keep you signed in and maintain a working session. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct inaccurate information, and to request deletion of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
